Note: The machine can continue work 15 full days normally without a rest. Then, you should remove the molds and clean it into our molds clean oven When pressure inside of mold is large. There is a pressure meter on controller, You could read the pressure directly.

4. We must send pictures and video film of each line to buyer before shipping it.

5. The packaging shall provide the full protection of the goods from damaging and weather effects while transporting by all modes of transportation with regard to reloading and storage.

6. The quality of which require special safeguards established warranty period of 12 months from the date of installation of the manufacturer of equipment in buyer's factory.

7. We offer replacement of defective components with cost low price if warranty is more than 12 months.

Customers' Training:

First: we could train your delegates (1~3 person) for 7~14 days until your colleagues tell us they have known how to work by themselves. We are responsible for food when they are working.

Second: our engineers will go to your factory to install and teach your operators 7 days~10days. Your company prepare air tickets

(go and back) & Hotel& eating & salary (total salary is $1000)
We suggest customers study at our factory firstly, and then, Our engineer goes to your factory if you still need. It will be better.


Operation steps:

First step: Roots blower bringing the air to air heating machine.

Second step: Air heating machine will heat these air. Our air heating machine has 2 heating system for two molds/nozzle. You could adjust it and keeping air pressure 0.2MPA or 0.25MPA for each mold/nozzle. Controller is control it.

Third step: Automatic feeder will feed pp material automatically. Pp material granule will become liquid PP inside of extruders automatically. The screw rod inside extruder will move the liquid pp forward automatically. Large controller control it too.

Forth step: you know, there are two molds/nozzles on extruders. Hot air from air hearting machine connect molds/nozzle. So, Hot air will blow liquid PP, then, it will form pp fiber from Molds/Nozzles.

Fifth step: PP fiber will form pp filter cartridge on receiver device. The controller is control it and on the receiver device.

Sixth step: Automatic cutting machine will cut pp filter cartridge automatically as 10", 20"…As you need.
